What this policy covers
This policy explains what information Excel Bellevue Concrete Construction collects through this website, what we do with it, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do about it. We're a concrete contractor in Bellevue, NE, and the website exists so homeowners and businesses can learn about our work and ask us for an estimate.
It applies to every page of this site, starting with the home page. It doesn't cover other websites we link to, or a form service or other outside tool once you're on its own site. Those follow their own privacy policies.
You can read more about who we are on our about us page.
Information you give us
Most of what we collect comes straight from you when you fill out our estimate form, call us or email us. That usually means your name, phone number, email address, the address of the property and a description of the job, such as a cracked driveway, a new patio or a sinking slab.
If you send photos or measurements, we keep those with your request so we can come out prepared and give you an accurate estimate.
Our estimate form is hosted by an outside form service. What you type into it goes to that service first and then to us, so their privacy policy also applies to that information.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this one may collect basic technical information when you visit. That can include your browser type, device type, the pages you look at, how long you stay, the page that sent you here and a general location based on your internet address.
We use this information in summary to see which pages people find useful and where the site needs work. We don't use it to figure out who you are.
Cookies and analytics
Cookies are small files your browser stores so a site can remember things between visits. This site and the analytics tools it uses may set cookies to count visits and see how people move through the pages.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work if you do, though some features of embedded tools may not.
How we use your information
We use what you send us to answer your question, schedule an on-site estimate, prepare a quote and, if you hire us, plan and carry out the work. We may also contact you afterward about that job, such as a follow-up on how the slab is holding up.
We don't sell your personal information or rent it out. We share it only with people who help us do the job or run the business, such as a supplier who needs a delivery address, the providers who run our website and form, and anyone we're required to share it with by law.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests and job records for as long as we need them to finish the work, stand behind it and keep normal business and tax records. Requests that never turn into a job are kept only as long as they're useful for following up, and then deleted.
Website analytics are kept in summary form by the analytics provider under its own retention settings.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. We'll do that unless we need to keep a record for a job we've done or because the law requires it.
You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time, and we will. Depending on the state you live in, you may have other privacy rights, and we'll honor those when you ask.
How we protect your information
We limit access to customer information to the people who need it to do the work, and we use the security tools our website and form providers offer. No website or email system is completely secure, so please don't send payment card numbers or other sensitive details through the form.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging work on their property. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13, and if we learn we have, we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if the way we run the site or handle information changes. The current version will always be on this page, and continuing to use the site means you accept the version posted here.
How to raise a privacy concern
If you have a question about your information, want to make a request or think something has been handled wrong, call us at (402) 206-0944, email us or use our contact page. Tell us what you're asking for and how to reach you.
We'll reply within one business day and let you know what we can do and when.
